Our sheet is made to handle the most aggressive chemical environments through a wide range of process temperatures. Applications include pump bodies, tanks, laboratory benches, ventilation equipment, flanges and numerous machine components.

PRODUCTS

VINTEC I: This product represents a special formulation to offer the best chemical and physical properties available in an industrial grade PVC. This product has exceptional physical properties and good economics for the most demanding chemical applications.

VINTEC II: This is a high impact PVC formulation for applications in duct and air handling equipment. It has 18 times the impact strength so it can be cold rolled as well as thermoformed.

PROTEC Homopolymer Polypropylene: A cost efficient, chemical resistant and tough sheet product that meets FDA guidelines for food grade contact as well as a wide range of industrial applications.

PROTEC Copolymer: This product uses ethylene as a copolymer with the polypropylene to broaden the physical properties and uses. Copolymer PP has 10 times the impact strength while it is also easier to machine and fabricate into parts. This product meets FDA requirements also.

FLAMETEC: This family of sheet products was designed to meet the stringent fire safety standards of the semiconductor and electronics markets. The products range from structural sheet to high purity sheet.

HITEC: A high impact, scratch resistant High Density Polyethylene that is FDA compliant and resistant to a wide range of chemicals. This versatile product can be in machine parts, chemical containment, wear plates and food contact applications. Available in natural and pipe grade.

CORZAN CPVC: This Chlorinated product provides high heat resistance in the most severe chemical environments. It can be used in applications up to 180 F.
