SANATEC® CUTTING BOARDS GAIN NSF APPROVAL ON ALL COLORS

Compression Polymers Sanatec cutting boards have been tested and approved by NSF to comply with the NSF regulation 51 for food equipment materials.

Sanatec is available in seven (7) standard colors that are all NSF approved. The different colors allow the commercial food processor to color code their equipment for bread, poultry, meat, fish and vegetables to avoid cross contamination of food groups.
